IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

We understand that plans may be underway between a travel agent and some members of the senior class for a “senior trip” to Mexico, Hawaii, or the Caribbean during after school is out for the summer.
 Parents are advised that neither Stockdale High School nor the Kern High School District in any way sponsor, endorse, or sanction any such trips, nor do the school, district or class advisors have any information on such trips. The ONLY school-sponsored and sanctioned graduation trip is Disneyland Grad Nite/or Magic Mountain (TBA) that will occur on Thursday night, May 28, 2009.

 Senior Transcripts

Seniors have two choices when requesting a final transcript(s) for college admissions.  First, they can order the transcripts on-line at www.docufide.com (link on Sths web page) for a minimal fee.  Second, they can fill out a Request for Transcript form and provide a self-addressed stamped envelope for each transcript.  Attach the form to the envelope(s) and place in the tray on the Registrar’s counter or see Mrs. Tyree.  Final transcript(s) will be mailed in June.

 Senior Checkout

 Senior checkout Friday, May 22nd requires final clearance signatures from Textbook Office, Finance Office, and Library, teachers, registrar and finally Counselor. Students must bring their student I.D. card. Students who do not or can not complete the check out process will not participate in the commencement ceremony. All present and past debt accrued at Stockdale or any other Kern High School District school must be cleared through the Finance Office before final clearance is authorized (Cash only).  The Finance Office is open 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.    Textbooks are to be turned into the Textbook Office only.

Senior students who have any debt will not be allowed to participate in any Stockdale High School Senior Activities.  By paying this debt you insure that you receive your student’s report card and other important academic records.  No checks will be accepted after March 27^th (Cash only).  You or your senior can pay their debt at the finance office. 

2008-2009 Senior Information/Activities

Senior Yearbook Pictures – Christian Hall Photography must photograph all seniors in the class of 2009 wishing to have their portrait appear in the 2009 yearbook.  There are no charges for the yearbook picture nor are you under any obligation to make a purchase.  Time is running out please call Christian Hall Photography at 661-589-8214. 

Make-up pictures: Seniors who do not make an appointment will take their picture at Stockdale on October 2^nd from 7:30 am and 12:00 am.  Students will be notified by the Activities Office. A second make-up date to be announced, seniors who do not make these dates will not appear in the yearbook.
